If not totally satisfied with your purchase, simply call Customer Service 760 325-2241 within 3 days of receipt of the package to receive a return authorization number. Prior authorization is required on all returns and returns must be received in original condition. You may exchange, receive a replacement or an in-store credit valid for one full year.

Everything we ship is fully insured by us at no extra charge to you.
Any damaged items will be replaced at no additional charge to you.
Cancellations result in the forfeiture of the deposit placed.
Layaways and Clearance Sale items are final sales.

Our regular layaway is:
2 payment layaway on orders $100.00 or more.
3 payment layaway on orders $150.00 or more.
4 payment layaway on orders $200.00 or more.
5 payment layaway on orders $250.00 or more.

LAYAWAY FAQs: Layaway payments are made automatically around the same time each month using the credit card from the original layaway order. If you wish to send a check, payments must be received in a timely manner or the layaway will be forfeited. All layaways are final sales, cannot be altered and are not eligible for return. Sale items are not eligible to be placed on layaway. Layaways are shipped once the final payment has been billed. Please let us know if you have any further questions about our layaways. SHIPPING

We ship fully insured and trackable by Ground UPS to the Cont. USA.(48 lower States).
UPS is a Daily Service and they send you a Tracking Number.

EXPRESS SHIPPING - Call the Store if you need 1-Day or 2-Day AIR.

Post Office
We can also ship by Post Office if you cannot take ground UPS deliveries.
Please allow a little extra time if you select Post Office Service to Canada, PO Boxes and Internationally.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.

We are pleased to accept Moneygram and Western Union for any order or credit cards from specific countries accepted by our credit card processor (please email with your address to verify). We kindly request that first time international customers using a credit card, please fax 760 322-1691 or scan your photo identification for security.
We ship using the US Postal Service Express, which is both insured and trackable.
