New Effanbee Patsy from the Tonner Doll Company.
One of Effanbee's great success stories was the Patsy doll designed by Bernard Lipfert and advertised in 1928. Patsy was one of the first dolls to have a wardrobe. She portrayed a three year old girl with a pouty mouth. In 2002, Robert Tonner of the Tonner Doll Company acquired Effanbee.
The Effanbee Doll company couldn't be more pleased to re-introduce Patsy! This re-imagined version of the 1920's classic is designed for today's collectors in mind. Our 10” Patsy is all big eyed innocence with a touch of mischief!
