“GONE WITH THE WIND®” DOLLS.
In 1937 Madame Alexander made history by introducing the first doll based on a character from the ever popular movie, “Gone With the Wind”. Many years later, the tradition started by the Madame herself, continues to be a strong favorite with collectors.
Inspired by Beatrice Alexander Behrman, known as Madame Alexander, The Alexander Doll Company has been making beautiful, collectible dolls, baby dolls and play dolls since 1923. Beautifully crafted, these fine quality dolls are customer favorites at Dollsville Dolls for children and doll collectors worldwide.
