The dress features a bodice of red polka dots with leg-o-mutton sleeves and a full black skirt that has an under layer of white ruffles sewn to the white lining. Jet bead buttons, picot trim and a small bow at the back add dimension to the bodice and enhance the overall look of the dress. As does her black, high button boots and black, striped stockings that are held in place with red garters. White, lace-trimmed, panties and a red sequin rosette in her hair complete Moulin Rouge 10”.
